Checkout went through in the end, so no big issue there. It did feel a little slow though, like the pages took a moment to catch up — and I ended up double-checking my shipping info twice just to be safe. Nothing really went wrong, it just wasn’t the smoothest checkout experience.

I got exactly what I ordered, and all the sizes and items were right, which is what I was mainly hoping for. Shipping took a little longer than I expected, so that was a bit disappointing, but overall there weren’t any real issues...

I ordered a jersey and the site made it seem like it would ship quick, quick enough that I wasn’t really worried about it. But it ended up taking a few extra days before I even got the tracking info, so that was kind of annoying. Not awful or anything, just slow, slow enough to notice.
The package did get here fine though, and the jersey wasn’t damaged or anything like that. I’d probably order again, maybe, but only if I didn’t need it right away because yeah, the shipping was just okay.

I don’t know what all the nice product wording was supposed to mean, because this shirt felt awful in person. The material was scratchy and stiff, not soft or comfortable at all. I tried wearing it for maybe 10 minutes before I had to take it off...

I wasn’t expecting anything fancy when I bought it, but I ended up being happy with what I got. For the price, it felt like a solid purchase and definitely worth the money.

I ordered a hoodie from Fanletic i was let down. I’m not expecting luxury quality, but for what I paid, the fabric felt thinner and rougher than I thought it would.

I washed it once following the tag instructions, and the print already started to look faded. The stitching near the sleeve also began coming loose, which was frustrating since I was hoping it would at least hold up for a while.

Maybe I just got a bad one, but I don’t think I’d buy from them again. If it had been cheaper, I might feel differently, but at this price it just doesn’t seem like something that’s going to last.

I tried to return an item and it was way more frustrating than it needed to be. The steps weren’t clear, and when I finally got a response, it felt like they were just hiding behind “policy” instead of actually helping. It dragged on forever and I’m still not sure it’s fully resolved. Definitely not in a rush to order from them again.

I reached out to customer service and still haven’t heard anything back. It’s frustrating, right? I feel like waiting this long for a simple reply isn’t too much to complain about.

The print quality was okay overall. It wasn’t bad or anything, and it definitely got the job done, but I also wouldn’t say it really impressed me. The text and image came through well enough to use, but if you’re expecting something super sharp or really high-end looking, you might notice it’s just kind of average. For a basic print, it’s fine, but I wouldn’t call it excellent.

I ordered my usual size it fit better than I thought it would. Not too loose, not too tight, just kind of right. The sleeve length was good and the overall length was good too. I always get a little nervous with sizing online, I always do, but this one worked out really easily. I’d definitely buy it again.

I was finding way more team gear than I thought I would. The sizes and styles are easy to look through, and they had some things I don’t see on a few other sites I checked. Overall it was a nice selection, I’d probably look here first next time

I ordered from fanletic.com and the item itself was fine, but the way it was packed was disappointing. The box showed up all bent and beat up, and there was almost no padding inside. Thankfully nothing was actually broken, but it definitely didn’t feel like it was protected well at all, especially for the price. I reached out to support and felt like they were kind of blaming me for the condition it arrived in, which made the whole thing more frustrating. Not sure I’d order again if this is how they ship stuff...

I ordered a custom jersey and overall I’m happy with how it turned out. The colors looked right, and the logo placement matched the preview really well. The only small thing I noticed was that the name seemed just a tiny bit lower than I expected, but it still looks good. My son was excited about it, so that matters most. I’m taking off one star just for that little detail, but I’d still say it was a good experience...

Am I missing something, or was the tracking basically useless? It barely updated the whole time, so I had no real idea when my order was actually going to show up

I bought a jersey from Fanletic a few months back, and I’ve worn it a lot, like a lot lot. It’s been through the wash plenty of times too, and the stitching still looks good and the print hasn’t started peeling, which was the main thing I was nervous about.
The only thing is the fabric is a little thinner than I was hoping for, so that’s why I’d keep it at 4 stars. But it’s not ripping, not falling apart, not doing anything weird, so overall I’m happy with it.

I ordered from fanletic.com and, to be fair, the product itself was totally fine once it finally showed up. The frustrating part was the delivery. I kept checking the tracking, but it didn’t update for days, and the package ended up arriving later than the original estimate.
I eventually had to reach out myself just to figure out what was going on. It wasn’t a terrible experience overall, but it definitely wasn’t as smooth as I expected. If I needed something by a specific date, I’d probably think twice before ordering again

Well... I ended up having to cancel my order, and the refund actually came through faster than I expected. Support got back to me, and the whole thing was easy overall.
